FRANCIS J. CURRAN

For the past 27 years I have been selling residential and commercial real estate in Boston and surrounding communities. I started my career selling real estate out of the Westwood office (including Dedham, Canton, Needham, Walpole, Norwood, Medfield) before I was asked to manage my company's Boston office. As a manager for 10 years in the Boston office, I was consistently ranked in the top 3 offices year over year out of 40 offices. In addition, as an agent I have been consistently ranked in the top 1-2% for sales and production for outstanding sales performance (out of 88,000 agents internationally). Over the past 27 years of selling I have helped my clients to buy and sell over $850,000,000 of real estate.

I own several investment properties which I have personally renovated and self-managed for the past 25 years. I have tremendous experience with construction and renovations (from frame to finish) and I am able to help clients identify the pros and cons of home ownership, specifically items that may affect them financially. My skill set allows me to help identify potential risks, repairs, and proper planning, ensuring that the home selected is the right fit for the client. I hold licenses as a construction supervisor (CSL) and home improvement contractor (HIC) for the state of Massachusetts.
