About Francis

My name is Francis Curran and I am a resident of the town of Westwood Massachusetts. I started my career in real estate in 1998 after receiving my Bachelor of Arts from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH with focuses on Business and Sociology. As a Broker Associate, my concentration was on the luxury market of Westwood, Weston, Wellesley, Needham, Dover, Newton, Brookline and other surrounding communities. After 7 successful years as the top listing and sales agent for the Westwood office, I was asked to manage the South Boston office in 2006. I accepted the opportunity and began to manage and sell real estate in Boston proper, while continuing to list and sell in my community.

In addition to managing, I continued to sell real estate and consistently ranked in the top 1% for sales and production achieving the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Club for outstanding sales performance. Since 1998, I have helped my clients to buy and sell over $675,000,000 of real estate and over 700 transactions.

I own several investment properties which I have personally renovated and self-managed for the past 20+ years. I have tremendous experience with construction and renovations (from frame to finish) and I am able to help clients identify the pros and cons of home ownership, specifically items that may affect them financially. My skill set allows me to help identify potential risks, repairs, and proper planning ensuring that the home selected is the right fit for the client.

My network is extensive and I have sold hundreds of properties in Massachusetts. I work in many areas of Boston and the South Shore and would love the opportunity to work with you as a buyer or a seller.
